Stephen has been involved in the Financial Services Industry for over 30 years and has extensive experience in arranging and managing financial service organisations, particularly those involved in the retail managed funds sector.

Between 1977 and 2004, Stephen has held senior roles in funds management, and distribution business development consulting in Sydney, Melbourne and Hong Kong. Stephen was Principal of Blue Tongue Marketing – a specialist product and business development organisation, the Regional Managing Director of TBOi Knowledgebank Pty Limited (a subsidiary of US Life Company, General America), a Director of Heine Management Limited – a specialist mortgage funds manager, Armstrong Jones Asia and financial planning group Retireinvest. 

Allen Tulich has been employed in the Property Finance Industry for 10 years. His first 5 years were spent at Westpac where he gained valuable experience in their Property Finance Division. In early 2006, Allen moved to Balmain Commercial as a Credit Manager in AllFinance Funding and utilised his expertise in commercial and construction lending in assisting in growing the portfolio of commercial mortgage loans to be in excess of $500m.

After a short break overseas, Allen took up a position in the property finance area of St George Bank before moving back to Balmain in October 2009 to take up his current position as Commercial Lending Manager for Balmain Funds where his experience and expertise in the processing of commercial loan applications, servicing, administration and loan arrears management is being fully utilised. Allen is the first point of call for dealing with all facets of loan applications & loans management within Balmain Funds.

Caroline joined the Balmain Group in May 2009 as part of the Balmain Funds Client Services Team. Her career to date has primarily been in client facing roles within customer service and sales, spanning a variety of sectors such as sales, recruitment and government. With over 10 years of experience, she has a wealth of knowledge in dealing with all aspects of client enquiries and providing a professional level of customer service to investors.

As the newest member of the Funds Management Team, Caroline’s role as Client Services Consultant involves being the first point of contact for all enquiries from financial advisers and investors. She is responsible for dealing with all facets of customer relations and day to day operations of the Trust.
